A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Motor Insurance call handler to work for a growing company in North Tyneside
The ideal candidate will have a motor insurance experience however candidates from a highly regulated background will also be considered
Managing inbound and outbound telephone calls from clients and prospective clients.
Creates success by providing an outstanding level of customer service.
Responding to the client’s emails and dealing with technical queries.
Arranging of new policies and dealing with mid term adjustments to the policies.
Dealing with a range of different types of motor insurance
Good communication skills both written and oral.
Ability to “take ownership” of possible problem issues before they escalate.
Ability to work under pressure when required to react to workloads
Ability to work with minimum supervision.
Good general knowledge of motor insurance
Make it easy for prospects to do business
Compliant with knowledge of all products and services offered to clients.
Willingness to continue to develop knowledge of underwriting and related issues through formal and informal learning internal and external to the business.
Ability to work supportively and jointly with colleagues taking the lead when necessary.
Treats customers fairly and demonstrates the required business culture IT literate to facilitate efficient production of client documentation and fielding of queries.
Attention to detail
Working shift patterns – 9am-5pm and 11am – 7pm weekdays – 2 in every 4 Saturday mornings paid at overtime rates.
