Insurance Adviser – Location – Middlesex – To £26,000 + Commission & Benefits

What skills & experience are required?  

Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in Personal Lines Insurance (Home/ Car/ Travel) with either a broker, insurer or similar organisation

An enthusiastic, confident communicator with strong customer service values

Someone who can demonstrate their ability to work under pressure in a varied environment

High degree of accountability

Flexible approach and willing to learn

Agile thinker, able to make decisions quickly and confidently

Has problem solving skills and enjoys a challenge

Strong attention to detail

Resilient – able to deal with difficult phone calls


CII qualified or studying towards the qualification

Higher education qualifications such as A Level or Degree preferred, however a Minimum GCSE grade C (or equivalent) achieved in: Maths, English and Science will be acceptable.

What is involved?

As an Insurance Adviser/Broker being a member of the overall Development Team, the candidate will work as part of a smaller team focusing on Employee Benefits supporting the employees and retirees of the clients’ organisations by providing new business quotes for Home, Motor and Travel and other personal lines products.

This Insurance Advisor is an office based, Broking position – you will be working as a Broker, Underwriter or Account Handler within Insurance in your current role.
