We are recruiting for an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Handler
What is involved?
Handling all types of commercial insurance including Commercial Combined, Shop, Office, Liability, Motor Fleet, Professional Indemnity, Restaurant, Motor Trade etc…
- Dealing with new & existing clients on all incoming and outgoing telephone calls.
- Handling of adjustments / claims applicable to the relevant policy
- Deal with incoming post and emails
- Liaising with insurance companies when applicable.
- Market and invite Renewals
- Deal with incoming calls for prospective new business enquiries and providing quotations including visiting potential new clients.
- Daily diary – follow up and action as necessary
- Willingness to study or Part CII qualification required
It is essential you have your own transport for this role as it is based in a remote location
