Insurance Advisors Manchester Basic Salary range from £17,000 – £24,000 + Bonus (£8,000 potentially in the first year)

*** Currently we are recruiting for 20 members staff in Manchester to start on the 5th February. ***

Criteria must have a minimum of 1 years’ experience working within the insurance industry i.e. personal lines or commercial or at an insurance brokers 

G.C.S.E’s or equivalent A-C grade Maths and English

Mon- Fri 37.5 hrs per week no weekends, bank holidays or late nights

About the role:

– Taking calls from existing customers
– Discussing insurance policies and advising customers on their best options
– Handling complicated customer queries and addressing any problems they may have
– Keeping to specific targets and KPI’s
– Managing your work day
– Maintaining up to date knowledge of industry specific regulations

About you:

– Established experience in the insurance sector preferably within Personal Lines or Commercial
– Ability to handle complex customer queries
– Excellent organisation with attention to detail
– Great communication skills both written and verbal
– Strong customer service skills and the aptitude to deal with any situation professionally
– Willingness to learn
